While I was in Texas, I knew I wanted to capture some photos of my family like I usually never do. The older I get, the more I realize how blessed I am to have spent most of my life with my grandparents, and even great-grandparents. I know that the good Lord will be ready to call them home soon, so we really need to do this more often while we have the time to do so!
I didn't get to get photos of my dad's parents due to my grandma's recent heart surgery. She was still in Dallas doing rehab and papaw was visiting so I didn't get to see either of them... but my grandma (mom's mom) invited my great-grandmother (Granny!) and my great-great aunt (Eudora) over so that we could spend some time with them! My granny will be 90 in October (and she really shouldn't be driving LOL).
My aunt Eudora is my late great-grandpa's sister and she has always been one of my biggest fans. She is currently 99 years old, but will turn 100 in December! She is still full of life and looks so good for her age! I'm SO thankful to get some time with them!
It was also so much fun to capture our generation photo! Me, mom, grandma, & granny. Perfect Weekend.
